On 9 November, the nation pauses to honour Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal (1877–1938) — the Poet of the East (Shair-e-Mashriq), philosopher, and visionary whose words awakened a people and whose dream gave shape to Pakistan.

Through his concept of Khudi (selfhood), Iqbal called on every individual to recognise their God-given potential, to rise with purpose, and to serve the collective good. His poetry in Urdu and Persian continues to inspire generation after generation toward knowledge, dignity, and unity.

The Jutt Federation of Pakistan pays tribute to his enduring legacy. On this Iqbal Day, let us renew our commitment to education, self-reliance, and the service of our biradari and our country — the very values Iqbal held dear.

Iqbal Day Mubarak to all our members and their families across Pakistan and around the world.
